Koko Bean baby clothing products are fully compliant with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) and are manufactured in a manner that meets all guidelines and regulations outlined by the CPSC. Koko Bean products subject to the new regulations have been thoroughly tested. All products with button-snap closures are subject to lead testing. All products manufactured after 2009 are labeled "CPSIA Compliant". Blank clothing items without button snap closures do not require any testing and are assumed by the CPSC to be lead-free. General Conformity Certificates (GCC) and lab testing results for our button snap-closures are available below.
